Remove any loose or peeling paint and wash off dirt or grease with a non-soapy detergent or a TSP substitute. Rinse well and allow surface to dry.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"pro-tip-label\">Pro-tip:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>For glossy surfaces, scuff sand with the appropriate sandpaper prior to coating.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"step-header\">Step 2:<\/h4>\n<p>Tape off areas to be painted. To achieve a geometric pattern we recommend using measuring tape to evenly space tape.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"step-header\">Step 3:<\/h4>\n<p>Stir paint before and during application to make sure it is mixed.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"step-header\">Step 4:<\/h4>\n<p>Remove the painters tape when the paint is wet, or have a razor to cut the film if you\u2019ve let the paint dry.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"step-header\">Step 5:<\/h4>\n<p>Allow to dry.
